In 2011, MRS partnered with HNI to confront the issue at hand – building an identity that employees, clients, and the industry could trust.
To ensure that they would stand out amongst the competition and be poised for growth, MRS embarked on the following key initiatives:
Continuing to improve benefits by offering medical plan options, as well as adopting the ACO model while continuing to focus on offering an affordable benefits package for their employees.
Today, Midwest Refrigerated is a a Top 25 North American Refrigerated Warehouse & Logistics Provider, operating over 75 trucks and multiple facilities sites with freezer and cooler storage, distribution and cross-docking services.
They have established a name for themselves as a leading load consolidation business - bringing many of the brands you find on your dinner table each night.
