What inspired you to make a career move to HNI?
I was inspired initially by HNI’s website which shows just how different we are from the average Agency. What were you most surprised to learn about HNI?
The transparency at all levels of management, the fact that there are clearly defined goals for all employees, and the professionalism in the way I am being treated as a new employee. I have never felt more welcomed as an employee as I am here.
What would people be surprised to learn about you?
I am a huge fan of owls!
How do you plan to spend your mandatory 1 week unplug?
I plan on having a staycation to take care of some organizing projects at home, as well as some self-care and pampering.
Why did you choose the Insurance Industry as a career?
I started as a Clerk in Property/Casualty as my first office job, and the rest if history! I look forward to expanding my knowledge in the Transportation Industry.
