Welcome Blaire Berridge- HNI Wisconsin's newest Account Associate. Blaire looks forward to de-risking business by delivering accurate knowledge about their insurance policies as well as lending her assistance in evaluating wicked problems.

What inspired you to make a career move to HNI?

I was looking for a career that would allow me to become an expert in my field. Although this is a new industry for me, I felt that starting a career in the insurance industry with HNI would give me the knowledge and experience to become an expert down the road. The experience has been great, and all of my new coworkers have been so welcoming and encouraging throughout this learning experience.

What were you most surprised to learn about HNI?

Although I knew how great of a company HNI was before I was offered the opportunity to work here, I was really surprised at how evolved the culture is here. It is a very collaborative and interactive environment where everyone works together and ideas become opportunities for not only employees but customers as well.

How do you plan to spend your mandatory 1 week unplug?

I plan to spend my mandatory 1 week vacation taking my oldest daughter on a trip to Florida and visiting Harry Potter World at Universal Studios. 

What would people be surprised to learn about you?

People would be surprised to learn that I graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
