October 24, 1:30pm, FISERV FORUM
Health care is one of the largest expenditures a company makes, and on average 30% of that spend is being wasted. Many CEOs, CFOs, and HR Directors feel like there's nothing they can do to change this narrative. But that's no longer the case.
Many mid-size employers are banding together to fight back. They are sourcing the best cost containment ideas, learning from each others' experiences, and benchmarking their performance for a little extra motivation.
Why You Should Attend
Amping up your health care story has huge implications on the future of your business. We're going to share how leading employers are winning the health care game.
This forum will be interactive and will give you best practices that you can implement as soon as you get back to your office. If you're interested in following HNI's lead and joining the Pareto group of employers, all of the tools and strategies that we discuss will be available to you with 'plug-and-play' ease.
For some added firepower, we're bringing in the President of Pareto Health, a leading consortium of employers (HNI among them) that has demonstrated proven results in helping mid-size companies take back control.
Andrew Clayton
Andrew is the co-founder and President of Pareto Health. Pareto brings together mid-size employers to amp up cost containment efforts and also provide a health care financing option that's often times a better fit than being fully insured or self-funded on your own.
Since its creation 7 years ago, the Pareto consortium of employers has grown to over 600 members (including HNI) and demonstrated an ability to control costs as well as any group in the country.
Members of Pareto's group have consistently performed better on cost containment than national benchmarks. This is done through a number of different ways, including an extensive cost containment playbook that rates ideas on effectiveness, aggressively addressing pharmaceutical costs, etc.
Mike Natalizio
Mike is the CEO of HNI and the person that spearheaded HNI's move to join other employers in the Pareto program.
Mike will serve as the workshop facilitator.
Who Should Attend
This forum will be interactive and is for the leaders of your company. By attending as a leadership team, you'll walk away with a strategy that you can start implementing when you get back to the office.
HR leaders have always spearheaded a company's employee benefits efforts. The strategies we're going to discuss are no different.
