What's YOUR endgame?

In chess, “endgame” refers to the final moves of the game when only a few pieces are left on the board. It’s a critical point in the game; one wrong move can end it all. As a result, endgame strategies are often quite different than strategies used in earlier parts of the game. The trick is knowing when the endgame is about to begin. The very best chess players anticipate it. They plan for it.

The same is true in business. I’m always surprised to meet brilliant business leaders and entrepreneurs who don’t have an endgame strategy in mind. They’ve spent years building businesses, but they haven’t given a thought to perpetuation of those businesses. During the next 5 to 10 years, baby boomer retirements will lead to unprecedented transitions in leadership and wealth. Are you planning for it?

If the answer is “no” or “not yet,” we can help.  Click here to view a recap of a recent HNI University event we held with Cathy Durhama succession planning expert from the Capital Valuation Group.  [She has also offered a free consultation on YOUR succession plan to those who sign up through our website!]
