Thank you all for attending Brian Fielkow’s IMHA keynote presentation on 4.17.23 in Phoenix!
Following the keynote, there were a number of companies that wanted to further dig into Brian’s talking points and also share their experiences on what tactics or strategies they’ve found effective at fostering employee engagement in their organizations.
Brian had to catch a plane and those conversations were cut short. So, we’re following up that keynote with an exclusive IMHA invite to a roundtable facilitated by Brian Fielkow on June 6th @ 10:30am CST. In his keynote, he outlined the framework for driving employee engagement and at the roundtable we’ll look to build on that foundation and discuss tapping into that engagement to drive best-in-class safety results.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER
BRIAN FIELKOW is an accomplished Senior Executive with a 25-year career that includes growing and transforming multimillion-dollar organizations. With a proven history of driving corporate strategy development and execution, best practices, and continuous improvement, he is as much at home building a robust company as he is in creating an impeccable safety culture.
Brian currently serves as Executive Vice President of Acrisure’s De-Risking Center. In this capacity, he helps Acrisure clients gain control over their insurance costs by offering proven tools to better manage risk.
From 2006-2022, Brian served as CEO of Jetco Delivery (Houston). As CEO & Owner of Jetco Delivery, LLC, Brian built the organization into one of the Gulf Coast’s premiere trucking and logistics companies over the course of 13 years. This included leading an executive team and 240 employees to grow the company twelve-fold by creating a premium service model that de-commoditized Jetco and differentiated them from competitors in a price-driven industry. Brian’s strategy was based on creating world class company and safety cultures.
