The Trump Presidency: What does it mean for employers?

Since 2008, there have been many significant changes to employment laws, new regulations, and employer requirements. Most ofthese statutes have been pro-employee, indicative of a larger shift that favors workers.

Now this turbulent and historic election is over, and Donald Trump is our 45th President. The Republicans have majorities inthe House and Senate. As President-elect Trump makes his cabinet picks, it is clear we are at a turning point between pro-employee and pro-employer interests. So what will the next four-years bring to employers and how will it impact HR?
