HR: UNDER 100
12-month HR crash course for companies with fewer than 100 employees.

WHAT IS HR: UNDER 100?

HR: UNDER 100 is a way for HR generalists at companies with 100 or fewer full-time employees to hit on the most essential components of their job in a short period of time. In companies of this size, the HR individual is usually in charge of a wide-ranging set of tasks which makes it difficult to stay up-to-date on all the different areas.

As the group facilitator, HNI will bring in experts to hit on the areas that the group wants to focus on.

The HR: Under 100 program focuses on the key components of the HR function, including:

 CULTURE

Without a strong culture, nothing sticks. We'll focus on building a culture that engages employees and is the envy of your competition.

 TALENT

Performing at a high level starts with hiring the right talent people - and then creating a place where they can live up to their full potential.

 COMPLIANCE

The regulations are changing faster than ever. Nonetheless, remaining compliant is critical to avoiding fines.

 PROGRAM OVERVIEW

WHO SHOULD ATTEND? This program is primarily for employers with less than 100 full time employees. In organizations of this size, one person is usually charged with performing all HR responsibilities - which means they have to wear a lot of different hats.

WHEN DOES IT START?: The program kicks off on July 18th and will consist of one meeting every other month from 8:30am until 10:30am.

WHERE WILL WE MEET?  The meetings will take place at HNI in New Berlin, WI.

WHAT IS THE INVESTMENT? Free for members of The DE-RISKING Network; $600 for HNI clients; $900 for non-HNI clients.
