We are partnering with the Wisconsin State Patrol to educate on the risk factors, signs to lookout for & resources to provide further education to raise awareness about human trafficking. After attending this event, you will also understand what to do if you suspect an instance of human trafficking is occurring.
In 2021, a total of 10,359 trafficking situations were reported to the National Human Trafficking hotline. While these numbers are shocking, it is likely only a fraction of the full issue.
By understanding the signs of human trafficking, families and communities can recognize vulnerable individuals before they become victims and help survivors break free.
