He has experience with employee labor issues, EEOC, ERISA, ADA, ACA, ADEA, Title VII, FMLA, FLSA, COBRA, HIPAA, COVID-19, and health & welfare benefits issues. He also works extensively on employee handbook matters. Mark has his J.D. from Marquette University and a BBA- Finance & Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
