A Data Quality Review (DQ) is an on-line process which uses FMCSA’s “DataQ” system to request and track the review of Federal and State data issued by FMCSA which is believed to be incomplete or incorrect. This process ensures that the carrier information within FMCSA’s Safety Management System (SMS), is accurate. This prevents inaccurate or flawed data that can have an adverse effect on the carriers safety scores. We will do a deep dive on how to best prepare for a DQ review.

Additionally, incentivizing your drivers can help drive, safety, culture, recruiting and retention. In this session, we will share the do’s and don’ts of how far to dangle the carrot in front of your drivers.
