The DE-RISKATHON is annual leadership retreat for members of The DE-RISKING Network. Unlike a typical conference, the DE-RISKATHON will focus on the biggest risks in the transportation industry: Leadership, Culture, and Operations.

When you attend the DE-RISKATHON, you'll be contributing your insights in breakout sessions and be guided through workshop exercises by people who have performed at the highest levels.

Navy SEAL Extreme Ownership  
Under extreme pressure, the problems that come from bad leadership are exacerbated. The Navy Seals are put into some of the most extreme scenarios imaginable. Their training is renowned for its rigor and discipline, culminating with the infamous Hell Week.

Mike Sarraille
MIKE SARRAILLE served fifteen years as an officer in the SEAL Teams and five years in the U.S. Marine Corps as an enlisted Recon Marine and Scout-Sniper. Mike served in SEAL Team THREE, Task Unit Bruiser where he led major combat operations that played a pivotal role in the Battle of Ramadi in 2006.
Mike assumed duties as the primary leadership instructor for all officers graduating from the SEAL training pipeline. Mike was then selected for assignment to the Joint Special Operations Command where he completed multiple combat deployments.

Mike is a recipient of the Silver Star, six Bronze Stars, two Defense Meritorious Service Medals, and a Purple Heart.

Extreme OwnershipUpon his retirement from the Navy, Mike became President of Echelon Front Overwatch, a company that specializes in the recruiting, training and placement of U.S special operations forces veterans with companies seeking leaders with an Extreme Ownership mindset to build their ranks and dominate on their battlefields. 

The workshop will be based off the #1 best-selling book, Extreme Ownership, which was written by Mike's fellow SEALs.
