JOHN ROGERS

John is responsible for driving new business growth at HNI Michigan as well as fostering long-lasting relationships with existing clients.  He brings over 20 years of experience in risk management to HNI, and specializes in finding innovative financing solutions for businesses.

Creativity is John’s M.O. – he draws on his experience in the manufacturing and construction industries as well as his coworkers to come up with solutions for clients that get right to the heart of their business challenges.  No money?  No problem!  John’s expertise is identifying areas of business operations where cash flow is blocked, allowing companies to repurpose their expense dollars toward long term growth.

When he’s not in the office, you might find John in Northern Michigan or traveling around the Midwest with his family.  He and his family love the water, and they spend most of the summer weekends sailboat racing, tubing, swimming and boating. 

John graduated from Central Michigan, and is actively involved in the Michigan Manufacturers Association and the Associated Builders and Contractors.
