Marketing and Sales Coordinator
This position will support business development through developing and executing creative marketing campaigns, coordinating educational events and utilizing emerging technologies.

 

Responsibilities include:
• Developing and managing marketing strategies, creating and fine-tuning sales presentation materials, organizing low risk practices for sales staff and coordinating memorable client experiences
• Acting as the lead coordinator of our educational programming by managing program content, coordinating presentation practices, following up with attendees, and converting attendance into sales
• Developing, coordinating and executing eMarketing initiatives
• Developing and managing a library of client Success Stories and other marketing materials
• Maintaining HNI’s website with up to date and compelling, relevant content

Successful candidates will have a proven record of building and maintaining mutually rewarding relationships through strong people skills and effective communication, have subject matter expertise in consultative selling processes, general business acumen and client relationship development skills, and have the ability to assess client needs and sell commodities along with conceptual services and engineered solutions.

 

Account Executive
Position is accountable for maintaining and retaining client relationships, assisting with new business sales, and demonstrating expertise as a trusted business advisor. Successful candidates will have a proven record of building and maintaining mutually rewarding client and insurance carrier relationships through strong people skills and effective communication, have subject matter expertise in consultative selling processes, insurance industry specific knowledge and client relationship development skills, and have the ability to assess client needs and develop renewal strategies.

Account Manager

This position manages the processing of new and renewal commercial insurance business. This role is the primary day-to-day contact with all client and third party carriers/vendors. Qualified candidates will have knowledge of insurance processing, project management skills, ability to maintain a high attention to detail and multi-task in a fast-paced team environment. Strong communication and computer skills (proficiency in Excel and Word is essential), and an exceptional customer service attitude.

 

Account Administrator
This position supports the insurance sales team and is responsible for the day-to-day processing of insurance business. Position requires subject matter expertise in workflow and insurance processing. Candidates must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment, have strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, provide great customer service, have excellent communication skills and be proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
