Executive Director of Client Experiences


With a passion for recognizing the value of emotions in framing client experiences, Tina is a driven spirit at HNI. Drawing upon over 17 years of experience in HR for various industries, she is dedicated to making a difference in anything she pursues.

Whether it is completing a marathon, serving on duty as a Lieutenant within the U.S. Air National Guard or while fulfilling her position as the Executive Director of Client Experiences at HNI, she is committed to changing the game. With a high level of focus on employee development, training and client services, Tina assumes leadership of initiatives and issues that impact the organization and our clients. She does not shy away from risk, but embraces the opportunity that risk presents, in order to take an organization to the next level. Obviously risk is no object to someone who has gone sky diving and wields an M-16 in her free time (of course, entirely through the approval of the U.S. military).

In secret, she truly loves wearing camouflage and combat boots and dancing to children's music with her 18 month old son (usually not at the same time).

Tina is most known for her daily dose of chocolate and running "way too early" in the morning (her husband has adjusted to the Hershey's and early morning alarm clocks well).
