Account Manager – Property/Casualty
Insurance
This position manages the processing of new
and renewal commercial insurance business. This role is the primary
day-to-day contact with all client and third party carriers/vendors.
Qualified candidates will have knowledge of commercial
property & casualty insurance processing, project management
skills, ability to maintain a high attention to detail and multi-task
in a fast-pace team environment, strong communication and computer
skills (proficiency in Excel and Word is essential), and an exceptional
customer service attitude.
Position requires a high school diploma and
minimum of 5 years experience in insurance industry (Property
& Casualty). Current Wisconsin Insurance License is a plus.
Account Administrator
This position supports the insurance sales
team and is responsible for the day-to-day processing
of new and renewal business. Position requires subject matter
expertise in workflow and commercial insurance processing.
Candidates must have the ability to multi-task in
a fast-paced team environment, have strong organizational skills,
high attention to detail, provide great customer service, have
excellent communication skills and be proficient in Excel, Word,
and PowerPoint.
Insurance experience preferred, a current
Wisconsin Insurance License a plus.
